Welcome to Qualtrak’s website. Our business is focused on providing a unique online behavioural learning on-demand solution. It empowers ‘subject matter experts’ to create learning modules easily and speedily, and without the need for specialist instructional designer skills. Using video or audio, coupled with probing & challenging questions and expertise, the learner is guided on a path of sustainable and enjoyable learning experience. The learning methodology replicates a one-to-one coaching style learning experience, which enables the learner to complete the module in bite-sized chunks anytime-anywhere. Known as Qcoach Learning, it is available as hosted or ‘behind the firewall’ versions and is charged on a pay-per-use, subscription or perpetual license.
Qcoach Learning can be used in many sectors, including contact centers (in conjunction with but independent of the Quality Monitoring or voice recorder product,) for customer service advisors (soft skills) and team leaders (call evaluation and coaching skills.) Also within schools to cost effectively enhance teachers’ coaching and questioning skills (for ‘Assessment for Learning’) and behaviour management skills, customer service, corporate behavioural values (including diversity,) emergency services, parenting skills and GP patient consultation.
Qcoach Evaluate is an agent evaluation system (also known as Quality Monitoring) for the contact center market and is available globally. It is used by OEM manufacturers of voice recorders, ACDs, diallers etc, to tightly integrate with their product and be able to offer an own branded total quality monitoring solution. Qcoach Evaluate is also used by contact centers that already have a voice recorder (any make) and wish to add a high standard value-for-money quality monitoring capability.
We will soon be launching Qcoach.com, an on-demand pay-per-use online learning service that will offer independent trainers or large training/consultancies, schools, charities etc. with the opportunity to author and publish globally their own branded content to individuals and organizations.

16th June 2008 Qcoach.com Ltd is delighted to announce the formation of a strategic partnership with the leading global certification organisation for the worldwide call center industry. Qcoach.com and the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) have concluded a strategic partnership agreement. This includes the use of the Qcoach.com learning platform to deliver the ground breaking CIAC International Customer Representative Certification Program which is being launched on June 16th, 2008 as an initial pilot across the worldwide call centre community. To obtain CIAC's outline of the Program's learning methodology press here. The pilot is open (for a limited period) to any call centre to participate by nominating a sample of its customer representatives to complete the course and if successful gain the CIAC Certification.
