Qcoach Learning is helping organizations and training/consultancy/school partners across the globe to deliver online, easy to author, bite-sized chunks of easy to use learning in behavioural skills (also known as soft skills or interpersonal skills.) The learning experience replicates one-to-one coaching and applies ‘Assessment for Learning’ principles i.e. enabling the learner to recognize success and be able to constantly self-assess their own performance.

Training employees in various interpersonal skills is a high priority in a multitude of industries. Behaviours such as questioning, listening, rapport, problem solving, body language and many others are critical to the individual’s performance. Behavioural skills (also known as soft skills) are essential in many jobs and professions. The customer service representative in a branch or in a contact center, handling emergency calls, coaching as part of leadership, consultation skills for doctors, training teachers to apply ‘Assessment for Learning’ skills such as questioning, negotiating skills for selling, counseling, interviewing and many others, all depend on effective interpersonal skills for success.

However, these skills cannot be readily taught in a classroom. The best way is through
one-to-one coaching. But of course this is very time consuming and expensive. Qcoach Learning has been developed to replicate this learning process in the most cost effective way possible by delivering bite-sized chunks of learning that is easily authored and undertaken anytime-anywhere. The learning, like coaching, uses realistic situational video or audio clips.

Learning Process
