Solutions - Qcoach Learning
Qcoach Learning is available to our customers and partners in a number of ways to provide the most appropriate solution and pricing model. We take a very flexible approach by enabling our customers to progress from a low risk solution to a longer term commitment:
- Pay Per Use – hosted by the client
A charge is made for each learning module distributed to learners and is invoiced monthly. The charge varies depending on the size of the module and includes technical support. This option may appeal to a client who wishes to run an extended trial and measure the benefits before choosing to progress to one of the other options. Alternative it will suit a client who is uncertain on the level of usage and represents the most cost effective solution. - Pay Per Use – hosted by Qualtrak
Same as 1 above but hosted by Qualtrak. This will be mostly applicable to the smaller client who prefers to minimize the need for internal IT support. It will also be the best solution for training partners who will be distributing content which they have created and are selling to their own customers. - Monthly Subscription – hosted by the client
This is based on a fixed monthly fee per targeted employee for a minimum of 12 months. There is no limitation to the volume of learning modules deployed or their size. This will appeal to a client who decides to progress from 1 above and does not wish to incur any capital expenditure. - Monthly Subscription – hosted by Qualtrak
This is same as 3 above but hosted by Qualtrak. This will appeal mostly to the mid-sized organization. - Outright purchase
Whilst the above options provide Qcoach Learning on a ‘Software as a Service’ basis, we also offer the option to buy outright. - OEM integration with optional free API
Qcoach Learning is available for integration with an OEM application. A free API will shortly be available.
