Qcoach Learning and Qcoach Evaluate are fully supported by our team. Our technical support is delivered via email, telephone and online. For purchased options we charge an annual maintenance fee which includes free minor upgrades. With pay per use and monthly subscription it is included in the price.Training
Qualtrak provides training to assist you in the implementation and ongoing training requirements. Most of the training is provided online by experienced trainers. This can be spread and obtained at the point of need. The training is delivered in a modular form (usually single or multiple 2 hour sessions.) The core training includes:- Using Qcoach Learning

- Using Qcoach Evaluate
- Evaluation Skills
- Giving Positive Feedback
- Designing an Evaluation Template
The training is delivered to clients and partners worldwide in English. On site training can also be provided when required.
Consulting
Qualtrak provides consulting services to assist its customers deploy its products successfully. These include:- Web-based-consulting where our consultant will work with you to help you identify the issues that need to be addressed and suggest solutions that will help you.
